What we offer
Inventory
A complete list of items and condition within the property, inclusive of photos and detailed condition report, finalised and sent in electronic format the same day which is the Magpie Guarantee.
Check Out & Check In
Magpie meet and greet the incoming/outgoing tenants and will walk them through the inventory for the check-in so the schedule of condition is agreed at the property. On check-out they will produce a report of differences from the original inventory and compile a snagging list.
Periodic Inspection
Periodic inspection reports throughout the term of the tenancy to keep your property to the highest standard, and detailed reports to document the condition.
